About :
Sogat is a premium handcrafted footwear brand specializing in traditional Punjabi juttis that blend heritage artistry with modern elegance. Each pair is made by skilled artisans in small batches, telling a story of craftsmanship through intricate embroidery, premium materials, and timeless design. The brief was to build a refined online store that captures the soul of the brand while functioning as a complete e-commerce experience for bridal, festive, and everyday juttis. The website needed to feel as crafted as the product itself: elegant, warm, and rooted in tradition, while still delivering fast browsing, frictionless shopping, and a checkout experience that converts visitors into customers across India.

Process :
The project started with translating Sogat's heritage-meets-modern identity into a visual language built around a rich maroon palette, generous imagery, and editorial product presentation that lets the craftsmanship speak for itself. I structured the store around clear shopping categories (bridal, festive, and everyday juttis) so customers can find the right pair for any occasion. To match how this audience actually discovers products, I integrated shoppable reels that let visitors watch, shop, and add to cart directly from curated video content, bridging social-style browsing with on-site purchasing. The store was built as a fast, modern single-page experience with full cart, checkout, and secure payment, plus free shipping and easy exchange messaging woven throughout to build buyer confidence. A Meta pixel was added to power retargeting and paid social campaigns.
