Buzzcall

BuzzCall is a read-only dashboard for monitoring AI phone agents, tracking calls, transcripts, and performance analytics.

Stack: Next.js, SQL, N8N

The Problem :

As businesses increasingly adopt AI phone agents to handle customer interactions, they often lack a clear, centralized way to monitor these agents. Managers need to know how many calls are being handled, what customers are asking for, and whether the agents are performing well. Without a dedicated interface, parsing through raw call data, transcripts, and categorized requests is tedious and inefficient.

The Solution :

BuzzCall solves this by offering a beautiful, user-friendly dashboard that aggregates all agent-related data. Users can easily view call logs filtered by agent or direction, read full transcripts of individual calls, and track specific parsed customer requests (Anfragen). The dashboard presents key metrics through intuitive, modern visualizations, allowing businesses to gauge agent performance at a glance and manage their subscription plans seamlessly.

The Challenge :

One of the primary challenges was designing an intuitive interface that could present complex, multi-dimensional data—such as high-volume call logs, detailed transcripts, and categorized inquiries—without overwhelming the user. Additionally, ensuring secure, fast, and responsive data retrieval for complex relational queries (e.g., aggregating Anfragen by category or calls by agent over time) required careful database indexing and an efficient Server Component architecture to maintain a premium user experience.

Summary :

BuzzCall is a modern Next.js and Supabase web application that demonstrates strong full-stack and frontend development capabilities. It showcases expertise in building complex, data-heavy dashboard layouts, implementing secure server-side data fetching, and creating visually stunning, animated data visualizations using Tailwind CSS and Recharts. The project highlights a deep understanding of component-driven architecture and user-centric design.
